Contract Performance and Bonuses Achieved

Issue of Concern: Client has a major contract which has attached to it a range of incentives for the improvements in OHS and directly the frequency of loss and duration rates as they apply to time lost incidents.
Agreed Resolution: The client retained WCD to manage the claims and injury management function, inclusive of providing the staff to implement strategies. An important element in this agreed path was clear CEO involvement in the process working with our Managing Director, Robert Wood. WCD trained business ‘champions’ in the process.
Outcomes: The Cleaning and Property Company earned substantial incentives in every category area (9 in total) available to them. Whilst given new and more difficult targets the client has achieved incentives every year with performance bonuses paid to their management team.
